1. Booking

1.1 Tour Availability

Stockholm Boat Tours offers a variety of boat tours in Stockholm, subject to availability.
Tours may be subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 Reservation

To reserve a boat tour, customers must make a booking through our official website or via our customer service.
The booking should include the desired tour, date, time, and number of participants.

1.3 Confirmation

Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the details of their reservation.
It is essential to review the confirmation email and notify us immediately if any discrepancies are found.

1.4 Payment

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer – Customers may cancel their boat tour reservation by notifying us via email or phone.

2.2 Refund Policy

Full refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
50% refund: Cancellations made 7 to 29 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

2.3 Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the boat tour, we may reschedule the tour for the next available day.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible regarding the rescheduled date and time.

2.4 Rebooking

If a tour is rescheduled due to weather conditions, customers have the option to rebook the tour for the next day, subject to availability.
Rebooking requests must be made within 24 hours of the rescheduled tour date.
There is no additional charge for rebooking due to weather-related rescheduling.

3.1 Changes to Bookings

Changes to the booking, such as the tour date, time, or number of participants, may be accommodated based on availability.
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to request changes to their booking.

3.2 Tour Departure

Customers are required to arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.
Late arrival may result in the forfeiture of the tour without a refund.

3.3 Tour Modifications or Cancellations by Stockholm Boat Tours

Stockholm Boat Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or safety concerns.
In the event of a cancellation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3.4 Liability

Stockholm Boat Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the boat tour.
Customers participate in the tour at their own risk.

3.5 Privacy

The privacy of customer information is important to us. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
